I created a fast/binge cycle for myself and i don’t know how to get out of it

I genuinely don’t remember when was the last time i sat down and had an actual meal with my family. i’ve been stuck/ fluctuating the same 3kgs the past 4 months or so i’m so sick of it and myself. i refuse to let myself be seen by any of my friends until i lose weight which doesn’t seem to be happening. It became a habit, i go down to the kitchen and binge on the same things everyday, high calorie things i don’t even like or would never eat if it was any normal eating day. And then i’d feel so bad about eating, i fast the next day and then binge the day after. My brain is programmed to think that i’ll gain weight if i sit down and eat in a plate even though i know that’s not the case and what i’ve been doing is much worse. how do i get myself out of this habit?
