I can't eat my eggs without ketchup, and I love eating eggs since they are healthy and a good source of protein that I can easily make.
I saw a post today showing how much sugar actually went in a bottle of ketchup, and it has made me even more conscious about eating ketchup on a daily basis.
I'm 22F, 5'3", current weight 63 kg, though in healthy BMI (barely lol) I have some weight to lose, and I was hoping to make it sustainable. If I can replace each unhealthy thing I consume on a daily basis, I suppose it will help me a lot in the long term maintenance of my weight.
Any suggestions what I can use instead of ketchup?
Ps. Any and all tips are welcome :)
