stats: 13 , 145lbs , 16%bf. future stats: 13, 135, maybe 11-12%bf.
so my maintenance calories are 2,423 , so I'm kind of wondering should I cut 500 calories immediately and/or refeed one day a week or one week break between( almost like one week tracking calories and another week doing a refeed). My other strategy I thought of was decreasing by calories by 300, and when my weight stay's the same I'm going to decrease by 50-100 calories and maybe refeeding once a week. I'm not really sure what I should do?
I've always tried to do a cut and but failed, once did a 1500 cal diet for 16 weeks, failed horribly, i was eating at maintenance for about 5 months , it kind of caused me to have some type of body dysmorphia and all ways viewed my self as a fat loser, before i go back to school , i want to change for the better and have a clear strategy to cut; thank you for reading my post .
