Any easy to make healthy recipes? I’m pretty lost.

Hey Everyone, I’m new to the subreddit.

Currently a 26 year old 210lb, 6’0 Male; up from 170lb 3 years ago. My goal is to get back to 170lb.

During my past 3 years of college I have steadily gained weight. Due to working + fulltime college I am always time poor and have resorted to eating takeout 4-6 nights a week over past 3 years.

Furthermore, when I moved out from my families house I had little cooking experience. So I found the food I made tasted pretty trash, which I think furthered my desire for fast food.

I have worked out my calories/macros as per the quick guide; but I have no idea regarding what kind of I meals to cook!!

I would appreciate any recommendations for quick and easy Healthy recipes! Either personal recipes or links to places to find good healthy recipes! Preferably things I could meal prep on the weekend!!

I’m hoping that good meal prep will stop me buying takeout! I’m also signing up for the gym next week too!

I would really appreciate all your help; my weight gain has really gotten me down and I have lost most of my self confidence.
