So I just recently felt the motivation to start working out. I’m 90% positive it’s because I’ve been eating my definition of ‘clean’.
I had covid in November and in January, in the middle of eating microwave dumplings, they tasted like shit. No, really. Shit.
After that day, nothing fried could even get near my NOSE without me gagging at the smell.
So I’ve been eating turkey sandwiches and parfaits pretty much. And fruit.
Sweets are still fine to my taste buds, but I’ve always been more addicted to fried foods. ~ ~ ~ I CAN eat some stuff now, like I can eat pizza and it smells good now, but I have COMPLETELY LOST the urge to eat that type of food.
My bf got 2 pizzas and I only ate 3 pieces over 2 days, the second and third only cause my bf asked if I wanted some since he was heating himself some up anyway.
But I’m actually grateful... Because I do not know if I would be at the mental point I’m at right now.
All I want to eat is chicken salad sandwiches with sprouts XD
