hi y'all!
I've decided to keep this as a "what i ate today" diary and well this is my first day logging. For reference I am 18F/125 >>goal:115/ 5' 5"
Brunch @ 1pm: Toast with almond butter and banana slices, side of baby carrots
lunch/dinner @ 3pm: quinoa, baked tilapia, cooked veggies
binge starts @ 5pm: handful of tortilla chips, lots and lots and lots of peanuts, cream crackers, more tortilla chips, big bowl of honey nut cheerios, an apple
how am I feeling? I feel sick to my stomach, but I'm promising myself that tomorrow I will not binge. I hate the feeling after and although it will be hard, i really need to break this habit. I will reach my goals!
