Hi, i need to ask you something. Ive been diagnosed with adhd and deppression. Im addicted to drinking energy drinks, as it makes me feel better psychically, im also a smoker. Im not a cook so cooking healthy food is kinda hard for me. I need help to get kinda started living healthier. Sometimes, getting up from bed is really hard and living normal life isnt that easy for me, but id love to loose some weight, because it could help me clear my mind and feel better. Is there anyone with similar problems, that somehow made it? Im thinking about buying a treadmill, i think that would be the best for me. Do i really need to stop drinking energy drinks? Cause thats going to be really hard :D thanks a lot. Id just love to hear some other opinions or tips. Thanks.
