Hey everyone, sorry if this isn't allowed, but I have been putting off everything for the longest time, saying there wasn't any time to do anything and now a month in to a quarantine, I realize I'm wasting time.
Currently I'm weighing in at 455 and I'm 6'9" tall.I've always been the heavy guy, losing weight here and there and gaining it all back. I was a little over 500 at my heaviest, but i lost some weight and just kind of stopped trying. I have battled depression since junior high school where I was made fun for my weight. Its been a main source of why I feel like crap every day, but the depression and anxiety make it hard for me to get out of bed sometimes. I know I need a change. I don't each that much, but when I do it usually high calorie stuff and I don't work it off.
Now my friend used to be a wrestler a few years back, I used to be a backyard wrestler in high school and had a ball doing it, he was talking about going back. This really made me think about how when I was younger I really wanted to be a pro wrestler and how I was also made fun for that. I want to show myself I can actually do it, but I know it's going to be the roughest thing. I walked a half mile yesterday and came home out of breath. So basically, I'm looking for any help. What are some great way for a tall guy like myself to start losing weight. I have a gym membership but that doesn't do me any good right now. I was thinking of getting DDP Yoga, since it seems to be helpful for some people and has helped people lose weight.
So any tips to help jump start a quarantine work out program would be super helpful for some one who wants to hopefully be a pro wrestler. Thank you in advance!
