Lowkey not to be a little bitch, but people literally have insane metabolisms sometimes. I’m living w my friend who is 5’7 (lowkey 5’6 tbh) and I literally see what he eats. And he eats a s h i t ton. And I literally know exactly how much/ what he eats everyday (esp since quarantine started but it’s Not super different day to day (bc he kind of likes to keep his meals the same )
He generally drinks at least two (350) calorie ensures a day. Has a large bowl of (100 cal/cup) with (130 cal/cup) rice milk He’s been mostly eating panera for lunch (bc I want to eat healthier stuff )he has soup (350 cal) for lunch mostly but he eats both our baguettes (2x180 cal) plus often he gets a bread bowl instead of (~860 cal) (but not always) And while it’s not like he eats the entire bowl it’s pretty much scraped to the sides (and still eats the baguettes )on these days and he will eat their Alfredo pasta (750 cal) (doesn’t always finish it though ) or Popeyes or pizza (unknown (Hugh) cal) also a piece of chocolate cake (cal unknown but it’s decadent) and he used to drink a beer or two a night (150cal) until we ran out. If I assume that he only has two servings of cereal w one serving of milk and no bread bowl and only two endures he’s at 1840 calories( if doesn’t eat cake or drink beer ) before dinner !
Like. He’s 5’7 and not even muscular skinny He just has an a m a z I n g metabolism. I get that he’s a guy and maybe that contributes to it somehow but believe me when I say this man gets 0 exercise even in regular life Like ;) we love it. I’m so fucking jealous
