I started CICO about than 10 days ago. My goal is 1420 calories a day. I try my best to measure food precisely.
I also started exercising again with at least 40 minutes walking everyday, 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of pretty intense cardio (YouTube classes). Usually the calorie deficit from exercising comes down to about 430 calories, which I eat back.
I drink at least 1,5 l of water a day.
After a week I lost only 100g or 3oz. When I just started.
And I used to eat way more food than I eat now.
I also have to precise that I have been on specific mental health medicine that is known to slow down the metabolism a bit and which my doctor think might have played a part in me gaining weight pretty fast in the first place.
If someone could point to me where I could improve I would really appreciate it. Thank you again to the members of this community.
