So obviously i came here to look for help, i'm a pretty bih guy (150kg/180cm) and i really need to lose weight asap. I have always struggled with my weight but since we went into quarantine (4 weeks ago) i'm doing bad mentally and phisically.
I don't eat much but when i do it's bad food/too much.
I'm mentally in a dark place so i'm not motivated, but i really want it.
I don't have acces to a gym/playground for exercising and i don't know anything about proper nutrition.
Can someone help me to try and start to lose weight (nutrition and exercise wise)
