Lost weight but feeling more jiggly?

I have lost quite a bit of weight (for being me, I have tried multiple times to lose weight but always failed so even if there isn’t a huge difference I am happy that I am finally getting some results) my side profile is very different but from the front my belly seems to jiggle more when I walk and my waist seems to be bigger. I have both used a scale and a measuring tape to be sure I haven’t just gained weight without noticing. I measured my waist and it is actually 2,5 cm smaller than a 1,5 months ago, yet it definitely does not look that way. Have anyone else experienced this? What could be the reason? My stats are 173cm tall, 83 kg (SW) 76kg (CW) 65kg (GW) I am a woman in my early twenties.

TIA and stay safe everyone!
