I’m struggling with motivation, does anybody want to make a group chat with me to share what we ate/whether we exercised and whether we reached a deficit that day?

I’m not sure if this is allowed and I don’t want to break any rules or anything. But in my experience, social pressure is really powerful and more effective than you on your own, like how it’s easier to turn down food with coworkers than it is to turn down a bag of chips in the pantry.

I’m near my 20s, around 175-180 and my diet is maintaining weight, and even though I’ve been wanting to make an effort, I always fizzle out at the thought of a Milano cookie or some baked beans and whatnot.

Regardless of the variance in time zones, I’d probably just check in a couple times a day, drop the stats, then check out everybody else’s stats and make sure they’re keeping up too.

Oh, and it would be great if we all positively encouraged each other to remember to check in at least once a day, as that is a positive stressor for getting good stats everyday!
