Lack of visual change

UK M 6ft2/1.88 , 282lb /128kg

Over the first 2 weeks of lockdown i dropped 14lb / 6.4kg by getting on stationary bike, cutting out snacking etc and since then ive been bouncing up and down 4lb / 1.8 every few days. Its becomming a source of depression that the weight loss has platued and I cannot visually see what shold be a relativly large change for 2 weeks.

In the past I did lose a fair amount fo weight but over the last 5-10 years it has slowly crept up and trying to use this lockdown as the spur to get back down to not being define as obease and just overweight

How have people kept positive about weight loss / not let the lack of visual change stop them falling off the weight loss path?
