Keeping myself accountable :)

I don't really care if people read this or not, but I need a place to keep myself accountable for my diet and exercise habits. I used to keep a journal, but now that we're in quarantine, it's just not effective anymore.

So some background information: I've always been on and off about my weightloss and realized recently that if I just picked myself back up sooner, I would be at the physique that I want by now. Last year, I weighed around 120lbs and I wanted to get down to 110-100. I was watching my measurements as well and wanted to lose a few inches off my stomach and calves. My eating habits were a bit unhealthy (I would starve myself throughout the day and binge at night) and but I was getting the results I wanted. Then when Christmas came around I started eating a lot more. After that, basketball season ended but I still kept up the eating. Fast forward, it's 2020 and I weigh around 130 now. I'm very unhappy with my body and want to at least get back to 120 in July.

That said, these are some of my goals: - Exercise for at least 30 minutes every day - Eat roughly around 1200 calories a day - Drink around 7-8 cups of water a day
