Just hit my first goal weight! Down 10%, time to shoot for another 10%!

Hi folks,

I posted last week about how I had lost 41 pounds since February after I lost my job. Today I stood on the scale and read the big 399. That's 44 pounds shed since I got this party started!

Since I hit this goal, I have decided that 10% isn't nearly enough of where I want to be, so I will keep pushing for the next 10% which is 355 lbs. Feels pretty crazy to me, but I think I can do it. I don't think I will ever see onederland ever again, but I already have started feeling better (fewer headaches, fewer stomach issues, legs aren't as swollen,) and I feel like I have more energy in general, so that is a pretty big improvement.

I think I still struggle for motivation to get up and get moving though, so I think that is going to be my next area of focus since this first chunk was mostly focused on just reducing caloric intake while keeping a balanced diet in place with lots of water, vitamins and minerals, and fiber, in addition to all my macros.
