Hello, so im 19m 5'7 92kg just to get this out of the way. I usually eat 1500-1600 calories a day and im 5kg down(so i definitely lose weight). But my problem is. The day i do my diet PERFECT, i eat 1600cal, i do cardio for 40min blablabla. I step on the weight and i barely lose weight,im the same as yesterday. So the day after i decided a cheat day. (cheat day is actually a wrong word cause i still made sure not to overeat THAT much) I didnt track calories but i probably either ate maintenance or a bit higher than that. So after that i weigh myself and see a loss of 500-600grams. I ate fries and chocolate wich i havent eaten since i started this diet since a month or a little less. I make sure my diet is very high protein all the time. But what im curious about is, why do i lose more weight after a cheat day than on normal day. I usually lose 100-300grams a day, sometimes none at all but if that happens i usually lose a bit more than usual the day after. This just confuses me, should i eat more ? Sorry and ty
