I am currently an 18yrl old male who weighs 203-205 and my height is 6’2. I am trying to get to 185 by June but I’m unsure if that’s a realistic goal because I don’t have access to a gym right now. I am eating an average of 1660 calories, 116g of protein, 156g of carbs, 66g of fat a day. I just stated this diet but I feel like I’m not eating enough protein. Can you guys enlighten me with a better goal and diet? Also I’m in pretty decent shape already I just want to cut down a little. I can bench 240, squat 355, and can run sub 6 miles easy. I would like to also know my BMR so that I could calculate how many calories I can eat to maintain my weight once I reach my goal. Also if I wanna keep the muscle I currently have while cutting down should I eat more protein too? If so how many grams should I be eating a day? Is losing 20 pounds realistic in 2 months or would a longer time frame be needed? I would like to be 185 by June because I have prom and graduation so I want to look better by then.
