I formerly brisk work for2hr a day for 5 day a week and can manage to lose weight for 25lb in 2 month. But just after the quarantine happen, I can't walk anymore and stuck at my home. After resting for almost a week, I workout by warching youtube video and workout 30min to 45 min. But after doing it for days, my weight doesn't change much anymore. I am stuck at 225 and sometime, more than that till 230. I have oatmeal for my dinner because it can make me full at night. I think I can't reduce my diet because if I did that, I am afraid to hungry at midnight which always happen in the past. Can I get some advice what to do next? I am worried that I got fat again. Sorry for my bad English. It is my third language.
