I am a 17 year old female and i have struggled with being addicted to junk food since before i can remember. All i eat is fast food and sugary snacks. I do not eat vegetables and barely any fruit. I am very ashamed of this. I weight 220 lbs and have gained 20 lbs in just a few weeks. I would like to lose 90 lbs as soon as i can. I will do anything i can but i have been incapable of eating healthy or sticking to an exercise routine. I am very depressed, partly due to my weight, and may end up killing myself soon if i can't be happy with my body for once. Please help me. Any advice is welcome. If this breaks any rules i sincerely apologize.
Edit: Most of the reason i eat so horribly is because i use food to cope with stress and my anxiety and depression. I cannot seem to move past this. I have asked for help from my friends and family and nothing they have tried to do has worked.
