Hey ya'll. My girlfriend and I live together with my parents and have been trying to loose/maintain a certain weight but we seem to be going up in pounds. I'm at 173 (5'10) right now and would like to be down in the 160's and she is 134 (5'7) right now and would like to be down in the low 120's, which are the weights we were at a couple of months ago. I would consider us relatively healthy we go on a 2 mile run almost every day, we both do a semi-strict 16/8 IF, and eat pretty healthy. My dad has been an executive chef for 35+ years so every night we have almost all the proper food categories on the table, usually a main protein with a side veggie and lightly dressed salad. I feel like we are doing things pretty good from a health standpoint but we just can't seem to get that last 10 or so pounds to drop. Any help or advice would be great.
