Getting back into health

So I’ve gained about 5 pounds since I stopped working out at the end of last year. I’ve been struggling with consistently eating less and working out more for about 3 years now.

Happy to say I’m back on a health kick! I have an indoor cycle that I use the Peloton app with, and it’s awesome!! Working from home allows me to bike during my lunch hour. Cycling is one of my favorite ways to get cardio in so here’s to hoping I pull through with this routine.

In terms of eating, I’m doing intermittent fasting and snacking on things like fruits, olives, nuts, and laughing cow cheese.

My favorite sweet-ish, carbonated beverage is VitaCoco’s passion fruit pineapple sparkling. It’s only 25 calories and has 4 g of sugar.

Just figured I would share some of things that I’m doing to kickstart losing weight. Next month I’ll be able to start weight lifting.

What are some of your favorite snacks and ways to work out?
