Hi guys,
Typing this sitting down recovering after I just tried to do a beginner's HIIT workout in YouTube.
Back in December I was doing very well losing weight through diet and hiking (10miles twice a week!) Unfortunately my family had some awful grief-striking news in December and I spiralled for a month or two: eating badly and not exercising.
Cue Corona and it's been 2 more months with "a so-so diet," but absolutely no exercise.
I'm an "at risk person" so government guidelines say I need to exercise at home. I finally got my fat ass out of bed early to do a beginner's HIIT workout which I would have smashed in December. 10 minutes in and I cannot breathe, I can barely move.
I've not been this "unfit"... ever? Even when I was heavier I walked SO much.
What is a good workout that I can do at home to build myself up again?
