Does anyone have suggestions on how to lose a few stubborn pounds as someone of a healthyish weight?

I've been on top of controlling my diet for two months. Can't count calories at the moment but I know I'm under 2000. I've been doing a combo of walking, running and strength training with my body. My arms look terrible but my stomach shows the most results. I don't have a scale and can't measure my current weight as a result. I'm 5'5'' so based on my last memory of weighing myself I would say I'm about 121lb. I really want to reach approx. 115lb. It's not so much about the weight but more about reducing the appearance of fat on my body. I have a small chest and all my fat typically accumulates in my butt and arms. I don't mind the booty but my arms are large and the armpit fat is so obvious/embarrassing.

I also have a weakness: peanut butter. The brand I eat is a healthier choice but I know that it's where I'm ruining progress. I could eat one jar in 7 days. How can I reduce this peanut butter addiction?
