Consequences of cheat days

Today has been one of the most disappointing days of my life. I am distraught and frustrated with how I could be so short sighted and stupid as to let this happen.

I had two massive binges on Chinese food and candy in a row today which together made up just a hair over 10k calories. I usually eat 2000 and am a 155 pound 5’10 male trying to drop to 138.

Is it possible that most of the calories just won’t process? How many pounds should I expect to gain? Even though I’m very vulnerable and shaken right now I’d like to hear the brutal and honest truth.

Also, any of you who struggle with binges, what strategies have you employed that have worked in preventing them? I’m considering starting on vyvanse as it’s the only approved medication for binge eating.
