Hey guys. I think I’m wanting to lose weight. Let’s call this my day one, but I’ve always wanted to. I don’t have a scale and don’t want to buy one because in the past it made me VERY unhealthy mentally. In my teen years I would force myself to lose 12 lbs a week. It was bad. I want to be a healthy person and I feel that I’m on the chubby side of life.
Right now I’m walking regularly and doing daily yoga with Adrienne. I’m wanting to look great, but not push myself in an unsustainable way. I’m thinking of just counting my calories. And not changing too much of an exercise routine.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do? How do I keep track of progress?
I think I’m 160ish and 5 foot 8. 23F
