Weight Loss for Everyone: Am I consuming too little calories?

Am I consuming too little calories?

I am a 28F and I weigh 239 lbs at 5'4". I live a fairly sedentary lifestyle rn because of a knee injury (likely caused by being so overweight). I do go for 20-40 minute walks 3 times a day to walk my dog and I try to regularly stand up while I am working during the day.

I am using an app that calculates the amount of calories/protein/carbs/fat I need to lose at a rate of about 2lbs a week. It is giving me a daily calorie goal of 1160. Is this too little?

I honestly don't feel that hungry - just at night so I started I.F. and eating a bit later at night. I suffer from B.E.D. so I am trying to overcome that and stop my cravings too... I am finding tracking and and planning out exactly what I am going to eat each day helps a ton. And a food scale... OMG life-changing!!! I am officially 3 days now binge-free! But I don't want to derail myself by consuming too little. I have been making sure to meet my fat/protein goals (or as close to them as I can) to keep myself full. I just want to be successful this time...

Thank you!
