Tiny Triumphs!

Small victories are just as important as the major ones, especially if you struggle with wanting instant results / satisfaction (I believe everyone has been guilty of that at some point). Here’s a little thing about it!

After staying home for a week, I increasingly became more anxious about everything — including my weight. Have I given up? Am I losing all of my progress? I’m not thinking about my IF as much as I used to...

I weighed myself, worried that my 190.6 lbs had become 195 lbs or more. Instead, I was surprised to find out I lost ten pounds!

The relief and pride I felt was extraordinary; because I had that tiny victory and allowed myself to feel happy and prideful, I feel extra motivated to continue my journey to hopefully get down to 130-140 lbs

To anyone else that felt like me and/or may be struggling — your small steps are still progress in the right direction, keep on going
