1900 calories, 120gP/60gF/220gC, 400-500 deficit.
Doing 3x a week Full body workout alternating between 2 workouts (incl Rows, Bench press, Trapbar DL, Shoulder press, shoulder fly, squats, curls, skull crushers and crunches). 1x HIIT. And getting 15k steps daily.
Went on a 1600 cut and made visible progress from October to Mid November but then started getting floaters, dizziness and light-headedness. Went to maintenance for a couple weeks until Mid December. Increased to 1900 + increased protein and it fixed most issues.
Meal prep my meals to ensure my calories + use MFP are accurate as possible.
Been cutting for ~45 days and seen barely any difference in physique except bigger shoulders, and a more pronounced collar bone + hip bones. Body fat not going down? What should I do?
Seriously want to give up. I to put so much effort for no results.
