Not gonna lie, I let myself go from depression and some family issues. I've been trying to get myself back into running or at least jogging when I was younger, but my thighs always stopped me. Ever since I got some anti chafing gel stick from gold bond, my physical body has been keeping up with my mental endurance, and I definitely took advantage of this feeling my first week. I didn't know I walked this much in one week, usually I can only get to maybe 6 or 10 miles, 6 on the day-to-day level. During that past week, I also changed up my eating habits and finally made a meal guide for the week. I'm planning on changing it up every 2 weeks so I'm not getting bored of what I eat, but I'm also making sure that I'm still below my calorie needs whenever I don't go for a walk or when I want to treat myself. It's honestly been probably my best week ever this year, and I hope to keep going. I've already finished walking 7.1 miles not even an hour ago, and I plan to keep logging in how many miles I've walked, jogged, or ran in the future. I'm 275 lbs (124.73 kg) last I checked the weekend before I started changing my habits, but I'm hoping I see it go lower. I know right now my legs are building muscle in my quads, thighs, and hopefully glutes, so I'm not pushing for big results yet. Just wanted to post this because I wanted to share my accomplishment, as I haven't done this since I was 12, and I'm about to be 19. I've been trying for years, but planning it out and now having the ability to go as far as I desire without worrying about hurting in between my thighs,it's amazing.
P. S. The gel stick is called Gold Bond Friction Defense, in case anyone else wants to give it a try. I apply it liberally just in case, but apply it however you desire.
