Good resources to get started losing weight

I'm a male who's 18 years old and 210 pounds. I want to lose weight but I'm having trouble on starting/being consistent. I'm just asking for tips/advice on how to lose weight, and I also am confused on loose skin, so if anyone could clear that up for me that would be great.

Specifically, I'm asking:
-I've calculated my TDEE before, but I am super confused if I am supposed to track macros or what my macros should be
-How should my exercising look like? Strength training? How do i even get started with all that? If anyone has some nifty spreadsheet templates, please send.
-How to calculate calories in home-cooked food, when you don't know all of the ingredients/the portions of the ingredients you are having etc.
- For tracking calories, I've used my Samsung fitness tracker thingy, which is usually pre-installed, but I've heard myfitnesspal more often. I find it more difficult to log food on myfitnesspal. I guess my question here is if the samsung fitness tracker is accurate for food or if I should switch to myfitnesspal
-Supplements?? I've heard of certain supplements like omega 3 and protein supplements. What is the verdict on this. Is it worth me buying them? Do they have an effect?

As you can see, I am pretty lost with all this stuff, so input would be greatly appreciated!
