Low calorie ingredients with big flavor

Hey all!

I'm facing getting back on the horse and I've been looking for small things that can be added to other dishes for small caloric amounts, but which pack a ton of flavor for their comparatively small cost.

The two I use most are pickled jalapenos and sriracha hot sauce. Both items pack a huge amount of flavor (and crunch, in the case of the jalapenos) but don't make a huge impact on the actual calories of the dish.

I toss a few jalapenos on my sandwiches or my veggie burgers and it's just wonderful. It makes those sandwiches more of a treat, and lowers my cravings of bad things.

Anyone have advice of similar tricks?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions
