on one hand, "healthy" means that the scale reads a certain number according to your height, and on the other hand, "healthy" means feeling okay with your body.
so i'm 5'5... while my sport was in season, i maintained ~100 lbs, which is a typical weight for my height. i didn't have time to eat bc of practice and games, but the hunger pangs drove me insane, and i stopped getting my period...
after the season ended, i had time to eat again, and now i'm 120 lbs... but to my parents, i might as well be a whale. lately, they've been pressing me to lose weight, but the thing is, i like being able to stand up without getting dizzy, and i hate being weak and tired all the time.
now, i just don't know who to listen to, the number on the scale or what my body's saying. i'd really appreciate advice :(
