I just recently got on a new strict diet from my doctors that I am determined to do, but I know I have a weakness when I see other people eating food I enjoy, I get major cravings and it makes me irritable and cave. When it comes to being out in public usually I can easily avoid it, but my partner likes to regularly eat junk food and has made it clear he plans on not eating the foods on my new diet plan and stick to his regular junk. He is supportive of me being on the new diet but says I have to be ok with seeing him eat his regular junk.
How have you guys gotten around this or something similar? Any advice on how to keep to my diet while not being bothered by my partner?
