Hello my names Logan, I’m a 16 year old guy who is overweight. I’m 6’2-6’3 I weigh about 280 now. I would really like to be in shape in 6 months before I leave for all these church and family trips where I won’t be able to workout as much. I don’t have a car right now so I won’t be able to go to a gym but I’m open to workouts at home. My neighborhood as a gym that’s be renovated so hopefully they’ll add more equipment. I came to this sub looking for someone who could help me on my journey to getting into shape, you know like motivating me and helping my meal prep and workouts. Maybe in the future when I get this car situation I can start hitting weights at golds gym or something.
