Lost more than 20 lbs in a month in a healthy way for the first time in my life!

I have found a sustainable, healthy way to lose weight and be happier with myself. I’m not solely focusing on studying for my classes, but now I’m learning to study myself. How my moods change, how eating certain foods make me feel sick, how taking time for me is actually improving how I perform in my classes. I’ve been swimming 3 times a week and have been eating things that I like, but prepping them myself with fresh ingredients, at home. Instead of ordering pizza? I’ve been making my own pizza with lactose free mozzarella and soft tortillas. Although I’m not close to my goal weight, I’m still so proud of myself, and I can’t believe I’ve accomplished this. I don’t really have anyone IRL I can talk to about this, since my mom has been in this journey a lot longer than I have and she’s more fit than I am, everyone always focuses on how much she’s progressed. No one but her have really noticed my change, but I still feel better every day and am committed to make it to my goal weight for me, not for anyone else’s approval.
