Needing Advice - Maintaining After Broken Wrist

Hey guys!

I’m pretty new to this community but I’ve been maintaining a healthy lifestyle for around two years now (including regular gym sessions, sports and healthy eating). But recently I’ve broken my wrist (dominant hand) and have been feeling very unmotivated to do anything and I’ve been gaining a lot of what I’ve shed off. (I used to be 85kg as a 170cm 18 year old but now am around 70) I’m finding it difficult to do meal prep (can’t even hold cooking utensils) and haven’t been to the gym since I’ve broken the wrist. My cast is going to remain on for another 6 weeks - any tips for maintaining my “gains”?
