For as long as I can remember, I've been unhappy with my weight. Im an 18M, 5'9 and weigh 210. I am looking forward to getting into shape for the first time in my life and will hopefully post progress pictures. I am just getting started on a 16:8 intermittent fasting diet. I'm hoping for this to speed up the process. Along with this, i have recently picked the gym back up after a month or so of avoiding it. Any general tips for working out/maintaining a healthy diet would be much appreciated. Some problems I have is managing my food with exercise as it gets a bit confusing. Many thanks in advanced!
