Celebrating Multiple Victories Today - Including my husband making fun of me

My husband made fun of me this morning..... that my jeans are too big and sagging!!!! What a perfect NSV! Then I started trying on all my cute summer clothes and dresses that I haven’t worn in years. (Including my high school jeans) AND Holy shit balls Batman!!! THEY ALL FIT!!!! Then I was like woah, lets check in on that weight/BMI, and I’m officially in the OVER WEIGHT category. I AM NO LONGER CONSIDERED OBESE. Idk I just want to scream to the world that I lost weight and I’m feeling better about myself.

And because most people ask for stats and the ‘how’ behind it:

Stats: 5’3 Start Weight: 220 Current: 164 1st Goal: 150 End Goal: 135

This was not done in a few months. I lost about 30lbs in 2018, with fasting and calorie counting. In 2019 I gained about 15lbs back, then In November I got a new and amazing job, which I’m very physically active at. So I started fasting again (no calorie counting) So I’ve lost another 25+ lbs in the past 3 months!!!! I’ve done all this with JUST intermittent fasting! I do a 20:4 schedule and eat only one meal a day and only keep SUPER low calorie snacks in the house.
