I lost my focus and I'm frustrated with myself

I lost 20lbs over a year by eating healthier. It was so easy, I was eating healthier and I had no problem with only eating a treat only once in a while instead of one every single day. I felt fine and didn't feel like I was missing out on anything until the holidays happened and then it's like a switch turned off in my head and I'm slowly turning back to old habits.

I'm so frustrated because I feel like I'm back to square one with having to get myself back into the proper mindset to continue losing the rest of the weight to reach my goal. I was doing so good until two months ago!!. for example last year I was absolutely fine going to a restaurant and not getting dessert while everyone else did because I sincerely felt like I didn't want it (I love dessert!!) but there is no way I could resist now.

I don't know how to get myself back into the mindset to eat healthy again. Why is this so hard?

ETA: i have 20-30 more pounds to lose and it feels like such a daunting task right now
