Am I loosing my mind? Or do I not know how to read a scale?

Hey all, 19F 5'4" and I normally weigh between the 132-135 range, and have started going to the gym the past month. (Yay new years). I seemed to have gained a bit of weight tho, since a week ago I weighed myself on my usual digital scale, and clocked in at 141. Kinda odd, since its only been a week but understandble since I had been consuming quite a bit of THC which makes me eat like a racoon. Two days later, that scale ran out of battery so I weighed myself on the manual gym scale. I clocked in at 125, which is fucking wild since Ive been feeling a tad thicker lately. But whatever. So yesterday I pulled an all nighter, and ate some fast food which I dont normally do. Today I weighed myself on the same gym scale and now I weigh 160 lbs?!?! Is that even possible? Like yeah I expected to weigh more because of sodium and calories, but 20 lbs? I was wearing simmilar clothes too - tights, a sports bra and a t-shirt no shoes. When I weighed 125 initally, it was after a workout so I might have been a tad dehydrated too. But I doubt that would even constitute for 5 pounds of weight, let alone 20. Im going to a friends house soon to use her scale (insane but I gotta know) but I feel like the gym scale should be more accurate. Whats happening?
