[SV] I am officially leaving the [1]20s in time for the [20]20s!

I’m about to cry. I honestly was not sure if this day would ever come.

It’s been a long year, and I started my journey back on January 1. I did amazing at first, losing weight fast and consistently, and then life happened which I’ve posted before about on here. Break up, vacations, etc. It all became a roller coaster, and despite some impressive lows, I never made it to my goal weight.

120 was the barrier. I would get close at 121 or so, but I’d fluctuate back up as I got complacent or went out of town.

And today it finally happened. I’ve been back on track, and I finally saw the 110s with a 119.6 weigh in. A weight I haven’t seen in a decade since I was a teenager. And I am less than 5 pounds to my goal.

It just feels so good. And when the struggle of being “close enough” was real, and I didn’t want to keep going, this was the moment and this was the dream I kept trying for. I am just so dang happy.

So whether you’re near or far to your goal, just don’t give up. I will keep pushing to finally hit mine, and I know that day will be one of the best ever.

Thank you to this sub for being inspiration through all of my good times and bad this year. Can’t wait to enter the roaring 20s with you all.
