Went from 211 lbs in March to 161 lbs . Advice on exercising and how to lose the rest of the weight to reach my goal

I'm a 20 year old Male, 161 lb and 5 feet 8 inches in height. As said in the title I've lost 50lbs between March and December. I've achieved mostly by following a diet of around 900 cals and intermittent fasting.

I'm having something of a cheat month for the last week or so after coming home from college. But I plan to start eating in a deficit again once I'm back in college, which is like, a week later.

I'm going to join gym, but I'm not sure how to combine gyming and my diet properly for optimum weightloss. What kind of exercises should i do?

On a normal day, my diet mostly consists of green tea or/and coffee(without sugar and milk) , rice , dal (a preparation made up of lentils) , veggetables (mostly carrot, cauliflower, ladies-finger, beans) and chicken twice a week.

I've cut all kinds of sugar and soda (except the odd Rum and coke once in a month or 2 months) .

Concluding, I want to thank this community for introducing me to this method of weightloss by calorie counting.
