30 Day Accountability Challenge - Day 28

Hello losers,

I hope your weekend is turning out most awesome sauce!

Weight by end of month (217 - 214 lbs, preferably trend weight): 217.4 this morning, 215.7 trend weight.

Stay within calorie range: Still just maintaining. 22/26 days.

Exercise 5 days a week: We kinda got snowed in so no Pokemon walk for me. 21/28 days.

Limit purchased coffee drinks (3 a week), if exceeded, $25 donation: We got snowed upon & it felt festive. I just sent in my donation for the month too friends. 15/13 allowed.

Self-care time (drawing, journaling, beauty treatments, anything that makes me feel taken care of): I purged my closet again & am looking at spending some Christmas gift cards to get more pants in the mix.

Try a new recipe once a week: Smoky black bean soup from dry beans, Mexican red lentil stew, an updated chili recipe & a navy bean & ham soup that turned out fucking fantastic! Meal prep for tomorrow is going to be lentils with creamy mushroom sauce from Budgetbytes. 4/5 weeks.

Finish The Body Keeps the Score: No progress yet.

Note something jolly every damn day: Gotta figure out what I'm doing New Years. Spoiler alert: I don't want to do anything.

I'll post the January DAC soon & the 31st, as the bonus day, will be an optional 2019 year end wrap up post. (She says, attempting to remind her future self.)

How are you all doing?
