So after 1 week of strict diet (I am 110kg) I just lost 0.6kg,with input just of 1300Kcal/day, I can say I am very disapointed of my body, I wanted 1kg or more of a result, I am sick and tired of my body refusing to loose weight,maybe it needs more time I dont know, can someone help out? After some research I saw people with 2000cal and better resilts than mine, I go to the gym daily, I can say I just loose 200Kcal with exercise, I am very unmotivated and hungry,this is my second time trying seriously to loose weight, first time I lost around 15kg and gaind back 20kg after 6 months of eating junk food.That journey was 8 months to loose just 15kg, I can say I have one hell of a lazy body that doesnt want changes. I mostly measure my food and try to get to that 1300 kcal with 1500 max but than I work harder at the gym to loose that extra kcal.
