Sorry to be dramatic af, but I am at a loss of what to do. I have lost 30kg and have also mostly beaten binge eating disorder, but a snack box recently introduced at work has been messing with my progress! It is right outside my office, and is literally just junk food - bags of chips, chocolate, tim tams, lollies etc. and I am really struggling with how to stay away from it. I have tried bringing healthy snacks, spacing out my meals at work and even not brining any coins (you can leave IOU notes in it though ugh). I have formed a terrible pattern of not buying anything, then after about a week of avoiding it, cracking and bingeing on garbage. It is honestly becoming a real issue for. Does anyone have any tips on how to avoid binging on snacks at work? Thank you :)
