hey r/loseit, I NEED SERIOUS HELP. I need to loose weight, at least about 10-15 pounds. To start off, i was a very skinny child. SO SKINNY. i was forced by my parents for them to feed me such little food. I would never eat and i don’t know why. But when I hit puberty, i started to eat A LOT. I am about 15 years old and I’m struggling with stress and anxiety. Whenever I have stress, I tend to eat a lot. I am aware that this is some sort of disorder i have. i tried to exercise at home but nothing seemed to be working. My diet is not that bad. I eat scrambled eggs in the morning. For lunch i’ll just have a sandwich, NO SNACKS IN BETWEEN, then for dinner i will have salad with shrimp. I would maybe go to a fast food place once a week. So therefore, I don’t know what to do and I am stuck. Please maybe send me your fitness workouts or diets. Thank you!
