Oh the difference a year can make!

2018 Office Party vs. 2019 Office Party https://imgur.com/a/jVaXYO3

45/5'2

Honestly, I'm not sure how much weight I lost. I tracked my weight at 137 down to 124 while doing CICO (between 1200 - 1300 a day) and going to the gym 3 to 5 days a week for the first 6 months.

Then I stopped eating animal products and got more serious about lifting weights. I haven't weighed myself for a few months. But I definitely tell a difference in how my body looks. My waist is smaller, but shoulders are broader.

I was always pretty thin. I ran a lot. Then I starting working from home and lost all self control eating during the day. Also the 40's are no joke. It was a lot harder to lose weight than it was in my 20's (after having babies).

If you are having trouble controlling your food intake while working from home, I recommend preparing your lunch and snack the night before or the morning of. It's hard to control yourself with a refrigerator full of good food.

It's really nice to be happy seeing myself in photos again.
