Over the past couple years i've yo-yo'd quite a bit, going from 275 down to 210, then back up to 225, then back down AGAIN to 195, which I maintained for 6 months -- but I got lazy, thought I could moderate on my own without calorie counting, and now I'm back up to 240! But this time I want to make sure I look good and feel good permanently. I'm finding it hard to start back up again, but I know I just need to rediscover how I built those good habits up in the first place. Right now I'm going to start prepping my meals ahead of time instead of leaving them to chance, as I've found that if I log what i'm going to eat well before I'm hungry i'm better at self regulating!
This time I want to make sure I lose the weight so that I feel good, not because I want people to think of me in a certain way.
