I'm down 70 pounds to 255 and I want to talk about it.

I always been been the big kid in high school. I drank a 2 liter of mtn dew every other day, and my mom sadly encourage it. I came to conclusions by the simple fact she didn't stop it. At 18 I was 265 just diagnosed with hypertension. My senior year i amateur wrestled my way down to 244 I felt like a trillion dollars. Then after I graduate I got into a car accident no car, no work, no college needless to say I went from overweight to morbidly obese I gained 40 pounds in 5 months. So at this point I was 290 starting to lean on 300. I stayed like this for a couple years whilst I try to go to college, but it felt like my brain was in a fog. September last year I got hired to McDonald and at the same time my grandpa health went from bad to worst. My grandma deals with mental issues, not dementia, closer to narcissism. Mom pushed me to do everything because she didn't know to deal with her mother. So deal with my emotions I ate and drank. The worst grandpa got the more I ate. The weeks leading up to his death was the worst I had to deal with. Grandpa was my father figure he raised me for first 13 years of my life. Now my eating disorder was at it's worst I was 325. This was towards the end of the semester I know I was about to be kicked out of college. So on a field trip in geology 101 we went to a nature trail. This was the place where I had the time I desperately need to be alone. To think. To be free. When everyone else is doing their work I was finding myself. The quarter mile walk winded me. I was in a position where I can start fixing myself mentally because grandpa death hit me like a fucking sledgehammer on top of getting kicked out of school. That was fall to winter last year fast forward to Summer I'm still 300, but I finally got my mental state back to a decent place. My mom don't believe in mental illnesses so I dealt with it on my own. I started to change my diet, no pop/ soda. Then changed my break food at McDonald to healthier choices. Fast forward to September I made in 290 then I picked up a second job at McDonald I start losing more weight. This biggest thing I learnt to hunger management. From them to early October I made in down to 275. This when I start taking my diet serious. Since then I lost another 20 pounds. Down 255 on Christmas Eve.
